7. Version 1.3.14

  • An off-screen rendering problem has been fixed.

  • A problem with prism elements has been solved.

  • Parts: The Part.add_outer_faces() function now allows to select the outer faces for selected branches.

  • The Part Editor has been updated to use the new entry widgets exclusively. In addition, the minimum line width allowed (and by default) is now 0.1, which is useful in PostScript output. The default colour for Part borders has been changed to dark green, which is less offensive than the previous magenta.

  • When displaying isolines, but no faces on a deformed geometry, the isolineswere not deformed. Fixed.

  • Several enhancements in connection with the support of multi-block structured meshes (NSMB code).

  • Consolidated work for derived Models: Fixed many problems. Specifically when using mesh_cycle and coordinate_cycle, the database access is now consistent.

  • Added Wizards to the GUI. See Wizards menu in the main window.

  • The TecPlot converter could be confused by "-characters in the zone header lines. Fixed.

  • B2000 gradient extraction: On some systems, when displaying gradient fields using the GUI, segmentation faults would occur. Fixed. Gradients now support 64 bit databases.

  • For multi-block structured meshes meshes, nodal data such as nodal displacements or nodal fields may now be loaded into a Field object, provided that the database is being opened in non-displaced mode (optional argument displace_sfv=0).

  • Fixed a memory overflow error when displaying boundary conditions on 'line' elements.

  • In the Tracer Editor, the maximum field cycle was 100, which is too low. Fixed.
